Medical Breathing & Surgical Air Quality Monitoring System
A mini version of SQ MedAir that can monitor Residual oil content, Pressure Dew Point, as well as Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, and Oxygen to ensure continuous verification of medical air quality compliance on-line.
Residual oil content: 0.01 – 99.99 mg/m³ residual oil content (aerosols) according ISO 8573:2010 Part 2+5 [works with Ion exchange]
Pressure dewpoint: -80 – +20°Ctp [uses capacitive sensor]
Carbon dioxide (CO2): 0 – 2000 ppm [uses NDIR sensor]
Carbon monoxide (CO): 0 – 100 ppm [uses electrochemical sensor]
Oxygen (O2) – optional : 0 – 25 Vol% [uses Zircon dioxide sensor]
Operating pressure: max 10 barg, optional 16 barg
Medium temperature: 0 … +60 °C
Operating temperature: 0 … +50 °C
Power supply: 115 – 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, Security customer side with fuse 16A
Measuring cell connection: Cable connection with media tube, standard length 5 m
Modular Monitors: CO, CO2 and O2 (optional) – installed in cabinet, media core with tube.
Display: graphic TFT, touchscreen, all values from installed sensors displayed at the same time
Resolution: 320 x 240 pixel
Internal data memory: 1,5 GB (max 200million samples)
Relay outputs: 4 for limit value alarms, switch-over contact, 250VAC / 5 A
Analog outputs: 4 x 4…20 mA, 12 bit
Communication interface: RS 485 (Modbus RTU)
Power supply: 85 – 260 VAC, 50/60 Hz, ±10 %
Installation after compressed air dryer, behind coalescing filtering (min fine and sub micro filter)
A “must” medical air quality monitoring system for hospital & clinical facilities that need to comply with ISO 8573:2010 Part 2+5, HTM 02/01 , or HEDIS, NCQA accreditation 24/7.
